An inviting course based around the fundamental techniques of espresso preparation and extraction, explained in terms that even a completely beginner can understand. Through a combination of theory and hands-on practice, this course will teach you how to dial-in, grind, dose, tamping and pour your first shots of espresso, plus a basic explanation of milk steaming. As an added bonus, we’ll discuss machine mainteance to make sure you’re machines are in tip top shape.
