This fully washed Ecuadorian sidra coffee is grown in San Alejo farm, Pichincha Legion, The region is most remarkable for new coffee varietal called ‘Sidra’ which is a rust-resistant cross between Bourbon and Typica. It was firstly discovered in an abandoned field. Farmers were intrigued by the plant, so they all started cultivating the coffee plant in Pichincha region. The Sidra varietal has good aspects from both Bourbon and Typica, it has very gentle sweetness of honey, delicacy and crispness.
