1. Most recently roasted coffee bean (in stock) will be shipped once order received.

2. To preserve the quality & aroma; we recommend whole bean (a.k.a we do not ship ground coffee).

 

 

 

Refund/Exchange Policy

 

1. Within 7 days from the shipping date.

2. Within 7 days from the shipping date. However, the shipping cost for returning is on buyer’s charge.

3. For items with manufacturer’s default or defect.

 

 

 

Not Refundable/Exchangeable

 

1. For used items with scratches or damages. Please check for any scratches or damages before using.

2. For items without the original packaging.

3. For items with lost value due to buyer’s consumption/usage.

4. For items without the original tag, label or other attached parts.
